U get the jump quest at lvl 70 and only at 70.and once the quest is quit u cannot retake it...
and it gives 11.5 mill xp
so all u need 2 to is complete quest in which u hv 2 kill 100 each of memoras,olgocs and noblens..and after doing it make sure u hv a 15% raise xp shue to maxx the xp 2 13.5 mill..so that u can take advantage of it

I know it can be taken at 70 only. I meant, what % was he when he took the quest so that he could become lvl 76.

u will get to 76 if u submit the quest after lvl 70 and 50%
better if u submit at 80%.
Take quest once u become 70, do it, dont submit it. hunt till u become 70 lvl and 50-80%
Get a shue with 15% exp from ur frnds (or better if u have it), submit the quest
and go 76
