wed morning maintenance, agreed
i was hunting boss, killed it, was sed around to find another. suddenly got DCed. now , have to spend next 2 hours thinking if i died or not in the DC. if dead, did i drop any item(0 parole, yet , players drop items on this server).
How much effort does it take to send 1 warning in public shout before Disconnecting players?
if i dropped any item and noob picks it n sells off. i am expecting it from u guys.

if u did drop something no1 will even be able to pick it up since everyone else is not in game as well, ull just loose it.
a message wouldnt hurt though, also when ur pin is about to expire..but then again when i got dced after my pin was expired and died, more xp was restored not too sure if server maintenance works the same way

i don't care who picks or it disappears. if i loose any item. i want it from GMs. because it ain't my fault or my networks.
not bothered about 2% exp, can make easily
can't say this for other chars who have tough time lvling up

During server maintenance u will get disconnected at that time only so dont worry about loosing some stuff or dieing.
Even if u are tanking khainen u will not die when they will on maintenance.

Exactly, If you DC you are not on the server anymore. So you dont have to think about dying.
Yes its a good suggestion and it has been implemented. Pity is none of you notice the In-game notices that come on your screen.

thanks for replying. there's so much yellow text(usually outdated, like the events that are already over) that players hardly bother to look at them. and reduce their frequency , else, they aren't given importance.
