I dont agree that Max doesnt reply becoz he/she is bored.
I am the biggest spammer, till now all the noob questions that could come in ones mind I have asked to Guidemax. And believe me he/she replies to them. If Max is busy then I whisper to Lulu.
For instance...whats that icon above my head.
