Hi i am unable to login my noob character named=Excorcist from the second day of p2p.And to contact with the guides i asked permission of my friend while he was playing and told them i cant login.The conversation went like this

xxxxx= hiiiii
xxxxx= hai are u there
xxxxx= hello
(It took him 10mins to reply)
Guidemax=hi
Guidemax=How may i assist you
xxxxx= i am unable to connect to the server this problem is there for the past 2 days
Guidemax=whose character is this
xxxxx= what?
Guidemax=reply to my question first
xxxxx= my friends character re
Guidemax=this character is blackmarked for id sharing
Guidemax=if this id gets hacked we wont return items
xxxxx= wah what did he do
xxxxx= i didnt have any other character to chat with
xxxxx= so i asked him i want to chat with guide for 5mins
xxxxx= and he put his id and pass and told me to chat
xxxxx= and he is near me watching the chat
Guidemax=we dont care wthr he is standing or sitting
xxxxx= ok leave that,when will i get my char back
Guidemax=send mail to a3support.......
xxxxx= i sent more three times

This is what had happened.And what can i do guys i had to use his character for chating and he says this is account sharing.
Sad got scared and everytime i login and ask they said send mail.and u can login ur character tomorrow.i waited for four days but i didnt get my id back and i got tensed and abused in public.Yeah right its my fault.i couldnt be patient i waited for 3days not more than that.because my char is goina reach artery and was waiting for the special event too.
Sad guides and gms banned me 1week for this.
Guides said THERE IS A MINOR BUG IN THE BILLING MACHINE
we are paying and playing guys we have the right to ask them.
Because of ur BUG IN THE GAME i was unable to login my id for 5days frm then .and now am banned for 1week
I NEED SOME COMPENSATION .WILL I GET THE SPCL EVENT AGAIN ?????
Dont ban this in forms
let all players see how fast u take action for ur bugs
i want my char back the next minute u see this GM please already 5days gone because of ur BUG and now u guys have banned me so total 5+1week=12days gone.nice pay to play
