hacking issue

My friend's charecter London is hacked and someone else is using it.He has written to a3support but is not getting any response.
Gm u promised in paid service account issues will be solved early.
To help you in this issue i have some proof also to show that currently playing person is fraud and imposter. I m posting screenshot here for u r help
one week has passed still no sign of getting charecter back
u can check ip address if u want.
please give london back
