gms i m below level 100 so cant enter hatrel
pls open hatrel for 2-3 days for all lvls
as they can see wats in hatrel
we will not hunt but wanna see all the npc's
pls gms its a request

What's your hurry...get to 100 and then see. It's a castle like town that leads to maps where ppl above 110 can die in a couple of shots!

The level restriction is a feature of the game, it's not something these guys can change.

Its not abt me going into hartel , but ,
I dont think its unchangable
All gms got do do is do a few quries.

Yes ppl below 100 but above 30 also can go to Hatrel via vemerden entrance to Peushneer. For those below 30 i am sorry to inform you guys , Hatrel is a premium feature available only for our premium members.
About changing the NPC level restriction, queries ? what queries and where. The game is not like a Sql command line interface. Even if it was you cant change such a feature so simply. Leaving the difficulties away the level restriction is part of the game and would be better if left alone.
