Tanking Bosses (Bossing Time)

Hey can anyone give me information on from which lvl can a ele mage and non-elel mage alone can tank and kill R4, C3 , S2 , S3 , S4 , and Nifl Bosses....
And if an ele and non-ele mage are going Blood from lvl 90 then at wch lvl can they tank S4 and Nifl bosses....
If I am not wrong if they can Tank these two Bosses [S4 and Nifl] then they can easily take down any of the bosses... [Except Red Boss]
Any information on this and any Tips would be appreciated..
