how to use skills of mercenary

hi guys,
i got a mercenary yesterday and it is at lvl 32 gave it g3 learnt all the skill possible by the MSP acquired but the merc doesn't use its skill , pls tell me how to use the merc skill

Hey eddie...
Mercenaries don't have active skills.... It has passive skills... You cannot make ur merc use skills like Heal or stripblast.... For furter info check out this link written by Eos...

and also to u EOS , it did clear of my doubt thanks a lot

but one thing wasn't clear if suppose i do a quest which gives 50k exp then will i get all exp or will the merc consume up a % of the exp or u can say do we share the exp with our merc

You will both share xp-and because the merc is lower level that will translate into multiple level ups for the merc. That's why it's better to level up merc by questing.

Oh and it wont affect the xp u get..u and merc will both get same xp from the quest.
