Sir gm My character Sybertiger has been hacked i am regularly sending u mails but u r not replying me sir plz tell me how much time will it take 2 get my character back n plz freeze my character so dat no1 takes out stuff plzzzzz i am regularly sayin dis but i am not geting good response from ur side so plz look in dis case as fast as possible [/b]

I am sure you might have done the following. In case you have not done the following Please do it now.

Write a mail to [email protected] mentioning that your account has been hacked. Also send the details that they will ask about your account to verify. Only if you answer all these questions your account can be retrieved. Please understand that this is to eliminate false claims and hence protect players from getting their account frozen due to anonymous scammers.

If you have done all this then pls send me your CC Interactive ID that you got from our support team.

We cannot do that unless you raise a complaint with the support team.

Sir i have told Mr Praveen Kumar abt my hacking n he has told me ur account is under investigation n u will get ur character in 48 hrs n sir i have told Him 2 Ban my character almost 5 times but i never see my account baned so sir plz ban it

i agree with u dude...even my character Truroe is hacked...
its extremely difficult to see a persons character with another persons hands....after all its we who have levelled it up with a lot of effort,,,,
so plz gm freeze his nad mine so tht nothing untoward happens.....

Hey guys when u say u r being hacked ! Have u guys ever thought of taking precautions before playin ! if u sharing account r if u in CAFE playin ! Its bettr u spend smtime srchin keyloggers in the comp before entering ur id n pass ! It may be frustrating to do this everytime but its for ur own good !! i ve tried keyloggers in my own comp n found it can easily store all information-i m playin frm home ! There are lots of software to detect This !! hopefuly u r nt providing Id to ur frnds to play ur char which can stil result in hacking r gettin too private in game abt urself to others !!!! When thr seems to be so much of hacking its 50% out of u tat brings tis prblm !!! Try taking extra prcautions while playin !!! Its hard earned characters which are tuff to play once WZRUPT r wateva !

As u said we need to take precautions..

But how on earth do u detect Keyloggers.. I've tried everything possible to try and detect them but unfortunately failed on all attempts... If u have some method to detect it then plz post it here as it is going to help a lot of ppl...

I'm sure the GM's will not have any objection towrads it as it going to make their job easier

Best thing is go to one of the online antivirus scan websites, mcafee, trend etc have this feature. Search google for the link. Usually the sites work only in IE, not firefox, and they install a component on your computer that scans it for viruses and trojans.
Again-this is not a foolproof method. There are ways to search the registry, the startup menu and the list of running processes, but you're better off searching on the net about them rather than discussing them here.
