To Renew your accounts for FREE, login to the website with your user ID and pass. You will get your free pin there to renew your account.

i ve done it and all possible procedures if any
but nt able to log into the game ! cmon do it fast !

I had activated it in the morning only..... should I activate again?
When I login in the 2nd time on my accounts page y doesnt it show that the account has been activated and that i can now play for free for 2 days????
There should be a message like that so that theres no confusion and people dont activate same account again and again!

Once is enough. As of now to check current status click on 'View Payment Info button in Game' in the ESC menu.

Funny! very funny, how to check if we can't log in
it's 30th june 7:22 AM now. stil not able to log in
i tried at following times
29th June 5:00 PM (failed to connect to log in server)
29th June 9:30 PM
the client updated by downloading few files
(failed to connect to log in server)
30th June 4:45 AM (failed to connect to log in server)
Uninstalled, Reinstalled(updated again)
30th June 5:45 AM (failed to connect to log in server)
7:25 AM (failed to connect to log in server)
no problem with my internet connection(or else i cudn't post this to you from my PC)
checked it even with firewall turned off, yet , not working

and u just spoiled ur relation with me by trying to mock me. and mercs aren't new to me.

Do you use any upper case chars in your user ID ??
Also can you pls check if your firewall or any other access protection software is in the way.
Maybe reason for game not updating itself. Disable it then Re-install the game and run it.
If its still not logging in. Can you pls send me the setup.ini file from your game directory. Mail to
[email protected]
Pls Mention your ISP too.
