PLs Gms and others read this and guarantee me improvement

Well to begin off , I am quite an old player of the game .I have seen every thing goin around in the game . I just finished 12th , so when i am finally free to play the game goes P.2.P . I am not at all against this . Infact i think it was quite delayed . My IGN- Telcontar
I started playing the game in september end of 2005 . Many ppl have left the game and IDs are being sold for as much as Rs. 5000 for a lvl 86 mage(believe me abt this ) {its totally true} .
When playing the guides have been very dissapointing , and have bugged me more often than not .
Now finally If i ask them how much we wud have to shell out , they say they have no idea and they say this line the most

Now what do i do if both ur guides and Site are ineffective at giving the complete information .
Finally i want to know at least a rough estimate of how much i would have to shell out . U GMs should know more than us surely .
A Sify Iway manager says its gonna be 450\- per month . Thts madness but i would like to know weather its true
A very long Post but my sadness is making me write this much.
Who do u think will play more Kids my age or people working ,(Have some sense in what price is fixed)
