What is testing process??
I guess hatrel will be free for first few months.

i really never got this, they said the same thing before OB got released like 1/2 months after. I thought we were the one that was suppose to be doing the testing

step 1 ] if GM's had a meeting n decided tht Hatrel should b opened

step 2 ] GMs implementing Sq 1-3 !

step 3 ] Some on getting tht sq 1-3 scroll !

step 4 ] some on hopefully finishes t quest if not step 3

step 5 ] getting sq 1-4

step 6] some on hopefully finishes t quest if not step 3

step 7 ] it ll take another 1 week to offically declare it has been opened.

step 8] Hatrel atlast !

Step 9-"Dear players, A3 India going paid with effect from ____. We will be charging a monthly fee of Rs. ___. You have 3 weeks left after going P2P to register payment or your account will be deleted. Oh, and btw, have a nice day!"
