mmmm.... after a long days work outside(playing n goofing around ) i come home decide to play a A3. All goes well and im already 83% from 16% through r4 heart n blood quest when a cable worker comes to check the the networks.

beech not only checks the network but also spoils the connection supplying broadband ,

I call up the orperator,next day, another bastrd comes to repair it,BUT THIS MORON EVEN SPOILS THE CABLE CONNECTION,SO NO CABLE NO BROADNBAND.

For me its not the cable but the electricity that's the villain-low voltages and heavy fluctuations ensure my DSL router reboots. When that happens it takes 2 mins for it to reinitialize and connect...and u know wat happens to ur char in the mean time

My solution-I play a3 on my laptop-with a USB DSL modem that doesn't need a separate power supply.
So i can be roasting hot in my room but at least my connection is immune !

Heres my supoer solution to power probs... use ur old UPS which is of no use coz, for supporting only the modem. It will work cool coz modem just need power, not heavy power.

will changing from sify help?? cuz sify depends on the cable orperator n not on the modem,so it goes even if there is a power cut over there.

Well i use AIrtel, 256Kbps unlimited. They charge 999 + taxes a month. Never faced ANY problems with that (touchwood). Also i m a heavy user of the net. I m online 24 hours downloading some shittt or playing games or using google to look for codes and stuff. It never failed me.
