hey i dunno how many ppl know this but it seems that spl quests 1-1 and 1-2 r not necessary to release hatrel
just do 1-3 and 1-4 thats enough
1-1 and 1-2 r not at all related to hatrel

But its a sequence spl qst 1-1 to be done first and then 1-2 and then 1-3 and so on .. In the special qst menu u can chck it out it says the condition required to do the qsts . But its like serial wise u hv to go u cant go directly for doin 1-3 or 1-4 .. Well for unlockin hatrel 1-3 has to to be done in which u get 1-4 qst scroll after successfully compeletin 1-4 qst hatrel will get unlocked..

but i have seen in the spl quest window
there is no mention of 1-4 bein given away as a reward for cmpletin 1-3

i just logged in to a3 and now im bak to tell u abt that 1-3 quest
in - game open ur quest window and click on the 3rd spl quest "A Mysterious Guy"
this is wat it reads:-
Restriction: Level: 100 Lore : 100,000 Quest Scroll(1-3)
Reward: Lore : 300,000 Exp : 5,000,000 Small Juego
see there is no mention of the cmpletion of 1-1 and 1-2 being necessary
it just says lvl 100
so u see there is actually no need of doin those quests
but 1 other question that arises is that there is no mention of any 1-4 scroll as reward then where do u get it then??
(sry if the numbers above r wrong, i just cudnt rmmbr thm exactly 1 think thats exact is the lvl requirement)

Opps my mistake might hv been in a hurry while typin .. Well all i know that its a serial order and that it has to be carried out in that way .. It might not been mentioned in the sp qst condition . But the scroll itself says the condition . Like special qst 1-1 and 1-2 and so on .. Well abut 1-4 sm things are not told they are to be known ....

YOU GOTTA DO SQ 1 THEN GO ON TILL 1-3, AFTER WHICH U GET 1-4 AFTER COMPLETION OF 1-3

Ok then explain this-I got 1-4 separately on a private server!!

thats exactly right 1-4 is also a mons drop maybe khainen drops it
but u will nvr get it as a reward to cmpleting 1-3
thats exactly wat the quest in ur quest window says

Perhaps i think now gms should be releasin 1-4 scroll also in this server..
I dnt know may be private servers hv sm other ways for those special qst scrolls . But as far as i know 1-4 is got after u survive for 10 min in the room with khainens as this is the special qst 1-3 ..

YOU JUST HAVE TO EDIT THE DROP LIST TO DO THAT.

JUST GET A SQ(1-3), COMPLETE IT AFTER 1 N 2 OF COURSE.

YOU WILL GET 1-4 AT COMPLETION OF 1-3, BECAUSE THE GAME IS MADE SO AS TO GIVE U 1-4 AFTER 1-3.
