someone recently offerd a mounted frigga for around 135 mi (30% mounted and at level 9) , damn good staff , but , i am ele mage, my illeum does more damage than that , so no point shelling out so much cash. People are selective about whom they sell this stuff, as these things can turns tides of wars.
Hope u get one soon. looking for a 30% frekki myself, never seen one on server, trying to make one myself. and later hope to make a lvl 11 or lvl 12 staff. (after i made 5-6 staffs)
I dream of a lvl 15 frekki (instant death)

YOU DO KNOW THAT TO MAKE IT LVL 15 YOU NEED A STONE OF RUIN??
ALSO IT WORKS ONLY ON LVL 10 - 14 STUFF! ALSO IT DESTROYS THE ITEM UPON FAILING!!

At lvl 10 u need a Stone of hope which can either make the item lvl 12 or destroy it
