This is from a Clororence NPC (Clororence is another town from episode 3 that does NOT have a lvl 100 entry restriction, although the 2 maps )
Oh, and the SMS u see next to it goes for 4.5 million...
Nery Gs are also there from another NPC..at 10 million each

Nope sorry, juegos are boss drops,and i think regular creep drops on hatrel maps
