Bosses dont drop a thing

Man the bosses of every area are gud for nothin........Aint it buggin when the party wastes all its mp nhp , dies, looses exp n when finally the boss is dead all they say is Kiss my (.Y.) and vanish without dropping a single thing wtf is the use of keeping bosses then???
