i request u to increase the drop of wpecial quest scrolls.As per my information all the high lvl players have stop playing or opening their account.that is y i am requesting u to increase the drop.

NOTE: A3 is product of Actoz and it is under license.

Therefore GMs cannot change drop rates, infact the pretty much cant change anything.

Except start or stop it.

Wrong..they can. It's a question of changing server parameters, that's all. However even a small change will drastically affect things like the game economy and the balance of high vs low lvl players, so they won't do it.
