Hey Guys,

After a Loooooooooooooooooooooong time i am NOT facing lag as i m back home after being out of station for a month. But as we all know, life NEVER goes smoothly - new issue cropped up. I had to reinstall Windows XP and installed the client but what happens now is that if i start the game and keep it minimized for some time, the screen goes white and the characters goes Golden. Since I wont get ANY mail from a3support and the guides will ask me to mail them (which is useless), i posted it here incase someone faced similar issue. This is how the screen looks.

I have to restart the game everytime this happens. But surprisingly it doesnt hang - i can see the golden chars running around. Posting it to the tech thread wont help so i posted it here. Incase someone wants to know my computer configuration, then here it is

Dell Latitude Laptop - D610
1 GB RAM
Intel Pentium Mobile processor - 1.73 GHz
Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS Express Chipset Family

And Internet connection (which has nothing to do with it) is 256KBps at home and @ work i get roughly around 1MBps...

Hoping for suggestions. Please help me out if you have faced it

Thanks

Er..A3 requires DirectX 8.1 and above. 8.1 comes installed with Windows XP.
And if he has a lower version than that, the game won't even start!!

Figured out....

Thanks for ur reply guys.

Well this game is a little touchy. When the memory utilization goes high, that is when this happens. I used to run some weird scripts in my machine which has caused the virtual memory to fill up and the game went white. Also it is because of corrupt codes of mine that used to run in the background and filled up the memory. My mistake.

Thanks again for the replies
