Ahhh...either someone who already has 1-3 (2 of those scrolls were dropped and picked up by ppl during the monster event, apparently) stops being a selfish *censored* and gives it to those who've done the previous 2 quests..or HOPEFULLY one of the others (Carl,Xplode etc) find 1-3 themselves and are able to do it!
