keep an event where 1-3 will fall like u guys kept for 1-1,2

Hey gm,
We high lvlers wud really like to open and gain acess to hatrel maps,So i wanted to ask u if u cud have an event where the 1-3 quest scroll wud fall from the monsters in this particular event,Coz as far as now no one seems to be getting 1-3 in any map.So plzz can u guys organize and event like a monster spawn event or a boss spawn event, and let 1-3 be put in this particular event like u guys put 1-1 and 1-2,when it was implemented.
This is a small request from all the players who r 120 and above in hyderabad,and i am sure many other players wud also like an event like this so plzz consider my small request and hope to get bak and answer as fast as possible.
