For almost every player problem, u just tell them to send mail.
Why don't you guys solve the problem here itself? Atleast others can also refer to it and figure out how to fix it on their own!
You could also make some common issues as a sticky topic.

Infact if one has to always send an email to a3support, then why have this forum at all?
Whatever advice u give to the players, you should give it here. So everybody can see and learn from it.

Yes i second that
Agreed certain things can be solved by sending mail only
but many of the problems can be simply solved here
Also this will prevent others from asking the same question again and again
All can see the common solutions here only and your mailbox will also remian clutter free

1.Abusing (preferably from anonymous id)
2.Whining
3.Spamming
4.Flaming whether subject is related to u or u know anything abt topic. or not.
5.Posting big siggy which cant fit on the walls of the computer room.
6.Boasting in general section without knowing there is section called show off.
