YOU HAD ABSOLOUTELY NO RIGHT TO INTERVENE, THE ROC YOU HAVE FORMED ONLY EXISTS IN A3 INDIA WHEREAS IN KOREA,CHINA, JAPAN,SINGAPORE, THIS SORT OF STUPIDITY WAS NEVER EXHIBITED, IT SEEMS TO ME THAT RATHER THAN ENFORCING ROCs YOU ARE MAKING CERTAIN ONES WHICH CAN BE FLOUTED BY YOU TO YOU AND YOUR FRIEND'S ADVANTAGE.
Better do a search urself rather than bluffing. This is part of there ROC.
Harassment Policy - PvP Server Policy
"One who knows the enemy and knows himself will not be in danger in a hundred battles." -- Sun Tzu
A3 is a game specifically designed to allow open combat. As such, players on these servers have a greater ability to resolve cross-faction disputes on their own. By choosing to play A3 compared to other "care bear" games, you have chosen to move the game difficulty slider from “Easy” to “Hard.” While this makes attaining any goal all the more satisfying, expect the road to be paved with challenge and sorrow.
iGamesAsia goal is to take as much of a hands-off approach in resolving PvP disputes as possible so as to create an appealing game play experience.
The following guidelines will attempt to encompass the majority of situations that arise in PvP combat between players and opposing members of different Knighthoods. However, these guidelines are not exhaustive by any means and there are sure to be situations that are not covered here. Based on this fact, we reserve the right to evaluate each incident on a case by case basis and take action appropriate to the spirit of the law.
1. Dishonorable Actions: Actions that would typically be considered “dishonorable” are considered appropriate actions in a PvP situation and will not be addressed by our Game Master (GM) staff. Dishonorable actions include, but are not limited to:
* Killing players well below your level
* Competing for training grounds
* Kill-stealing or commonly known as "KS"
2. Ongoing Harassment: The Ongoing Harassment policy does not apply when there is a PvP resolution available, as physical confrontations are considered a facet of PvP combat. Characters have the ability to address their conflicts through combat and GMs will only involve themselves in extreme or excessive circumstances
A3 is a Player Versus Player (PvP) centric game. It is the intention of the game's designer's that A3 provides an enjoyed yet honorable and highly competitive gaming community.
Anti-social and ‘thug-like' behaviors do not sit with this vision.
Like give UJs or i pk you.
Harassment consists of flagrant misuse and / or abuse of game mechanics and /or chat with the intention of distracting and offending other players.
Like many anti protectors used to do.
The key to determining harassment is "intent". What was the person trying to achieve through his/her actions? Were they purposefully trying to disrupt someone else's game?
The definition and degree of "Harassment" lies within the reasonable judgment of the Game Masters, who, through their investigation will determine the punishment to be meted out to the offender, only if his guilt has been irrefutably ascertained.
As a general rule of thumb, any behavior that is derogatory and/or hateful, racist, religious, or related to gender or creed, would be tantamount to harassment.
Language or words although listed in modern dictionaries as non vulgar in itself may be considered as derogatory and/or hateful if the intent is determined as such.
Offenders, found guilty, will be given a warning in most cases. However repeat and unrepentant offenders may face suspension. Though this policy reflects a somewhat “hands-off” approach, the GM staff will intervene in cases of extreme or excessive harassment.
