Game freezing after 5 mins of playing

Hello
Am a lv 81 or so HK. Lately, in these 2-3 days, the game has been freezing all of a sudden.
Eg. Yesterday i was in R3 wid ma frendz. AFter about a min or so, after we formed our party, the game freezed. It just freezed. Mouse pointer not responding. Neither keyboard (i checked the connections, its not mouse/keyboard prob). I press Windows key, nothing happens. Ctrl-alt-del, nothn happens. But the modem still shows activity, means the prob is wid me. Just so u know, i have amd athlon xp 2000+ at 1.9GHz. and radeon 9600xt. I can play doom 3 on med-hi without any probs/glitches at 45 fps.
Also, yesterday, i downloaded the sg a3 client and installed it. Made a new char there, i dint freeze there . I re installed a3inida, still no clue.
Please give a solution, if theres any, as my frends are going past me. A mage who was about 7 lvls below me, is now 83....grrrrr...
