Is the CD fr the game available?

well, i am a noob in A3, 'cos i wasted a lotta time on RO.......wat i wanna know is whether the Game CD is available from anywhere, 'cos i hav trouble playin from cafe's cos i hav already been hacked a couple of times in RO
