Help didnt got a CD..i mailed the support but..

I didnt got the cd i mailed the costumer support but...i didnt got any reply just got an automated message saying that they have recieved my mail
but i didnt got a reply till now..any GM to help me here plzz..
i ordered the CD from the site but didnt got from 2 months!!

U r in a queue* like thousands of others who are waiting for almost a year now for thier cds to come, plz wait till your turn comes, till then u have 2 options,
1.go and play any other game
2.d/l the client from a3india.com.

i canty dl the game caus ei dunt have unlimited data transfer
only 1gb dl is free/month OK?????
