Over the next month, we will take utmost care to revamp the game experience. Our focus will be on improving core systems, addressing long-standing issues, and pushing forward with meaningful development. This is not just a promise, it is a commitment to bring A3 India back to the level you deserve.

Alongside this, we will also be far more proactive, with better communication, quicker updates, and a stronger presence within the community. You will not feel left in the dark anymore.

While you have validated the issue and shown ownership at hand about complete ignorance towards the game updates and communications, nothing is still clear.

What are we expecting??

Thank you for taking the time to address the community. It is genuinely encouraging to see the team reach out and acknowledge the player base. We want to believe in the passion and commitment you've expressed.

However, while your message speaks of renewed dedication and transparency, the current in-game reality tells a completely different story. I feel compelled to address the growing frustration among the player base, as we find ourselves unable to reconcile your inspiring words with the existing situation.

1. The "August 7th" Timeline Has Passed
You explicitly mentioned taking "utmost care" over the next month. But we were already given a specific timeline for server maintenance and fixes revolving around August 7th. That date has come and gone, yet no scheduled maintenance was carried out. There was no prior warning about a delay, nor a post-mortem explaining why it was skipped.

2. The Awaited Update is Still Missing
We have been waiting patiently for this particular update for a long time. Despite your promise of "quicker updates," this specific patch remains unrolled. The community has been left speculating about whether it is delayed, cancelled, or simply forgotten—which brings me to my next point.

3. Characters Are Stuck and Unplayable
Most critically, several of our characters are currently stuck—completely inaccessible for gameplay. We cannot log in, progress, or even participate in basic events. This is not a minor bug; it is a fundamental blockade that renders your message of "revamping the game experience" meaningless for a significant portion of us.

4. The "Left in the Dark" Promise Has Not Been Kept
You promised, "You will not feel left in the dark anymore." Yet, regarding the missed maintenance, the delayed update, and the unplayable stuck characters, there has been absolute radio silence. When the community asks for ETAs or workarounds, we are met with generic responses or complete ignorance. Promising transparency while failing to communicate the most urgent, game-breaking issues feels contradictory.

GMStorm, we truly appreciate the sentiment behind your letter. But right now, words are not enough. We need immediate, clear, and honest communication regarding:

Why was the August 7th maintenance cancelled without notice?
What is the current ETA for the long-awaited update?
Most urgently: When will our stuck characters be freed so we can actually play the game you are asking us to support?
We are still here because we love A3 India. But trust is built on actions, not just announcements. Please address these specific failures openly, and provide a concrete roadmap for fixing these current issues, rather than just looking toward a vague "next month."

There was no planned maintenance on 7th August as such. We are internally working on changes. We will keep you updated.
