Hello Team,

My Issue ID:[ #544601]

I have been trying to get hold of the Support Team and GMs since 2 weeks now but all I am getting is system generated auto replies on the Email. Request you to kindly look into the Mail thread so I can share my details and take further needed steps for the same. Looking forward to your kind response.

Hello GameMasters & Team,

It has been 2 weeks now since the last communication between us. I haven't heard from your side since I've provided the details as per your instructions. I was told to share the information to the best of my knowledge and so I did. I have been mailing since and all I am getting is system generated auto replies, yet again. Getting one reply after 2 weeks is really a slow process according to me. Request you all to at least reply after reviewing the mail and let me know if recovering the account is even possible or not. If it isn't possible, I could just delete the game and move on. There is no need to waste either your time or mine either. I only downloaded the game again due to nostalgia. I am not sure if you guys are genuinely busy or not, but it doesn't really take 2 weeks to respond to one mail. You people are really losing out on loyal players and potential customers at this pace.

As part of the transition from the legacy Sify servers, the majority of account recoveries were completed by 2012. However, recovery of older accounts may still take additional time, as it requires migrating data from archived records.

Since the game has evolved significantly over the years, restoring legacy data involves extensive migration and verification processes to ensure that all recovered account and character information remains accurate and consistent with the current system.

To initiate the recovery process, we require the correct Character Name and Account ID combination. This enables us to locate the relevant character data from archived records, along with associated dependent data such as mercenaries, storage, Woonz, and other linked assets, so that we can prepare the data for migration.

Unfortunately, there is limited scope to expedite this process, as it involves handling data that may be over 20 years old based on your last login date. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

Hello Team,

Thank you for the detailed information. I have clarity on the procedure now. Firstly, I was not even expecting a response here to be honest. Now that I look at the date of this forum post, I checked the email thread immediately but there isn't any response there either. In the last part of your previous post reply, its mentioned you would require other details too. I think, for that, you would need to get in touch with me because nobody else had access to that account. And I haven't been contacted by anyone for that. Hence, I am assuming that all the information previously provided by me was adequate to start the recovery process.

Given that, I would like an update on the progress of my case so far as it has been over 2 months now.

Can you please check your Spam/Junk folder? If you haven't received the correspondence email for your query, please let me know so that I can follow up with the team and have it resent to you.

I have double checked those and other folders but cannot find any correspondence from your team.
Also, I'm not sure how much would this help but I have replied on the same Email thread where we initially started the communication. Please let me know what else would you need from my side.

Hello Team,

It is day #114 since I first provided all the details 'to the best of my knowledge.' I heard all about the procedure since it is decades old data. I am starting to wonder if your correspondence team is also decades old and still using Internet Explorer. I mean how many days does it even take to START the Recovery process? I doubt you folks have even done that.
I get the slow speed of the procedure but what is in our hands and which is humanly possible, we can expedite that part at least?
And yet, here we are. The user has to take a follow up regularly, in case the Management Team has forgotten, user has to remind them as well and most importantly, keep waiting for a response that never comes. This is really bad customer service and completely unprofessional.

How hard is it to reply to your Users? To update them about their issues? To keep them in the loop so they stay informed too?
Does it really take more than 4 months to recover one account?
