Hi Game Masters,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I’ve encountered regarding the delivery of the in-game PIN after making a payment.

As per the guidelines, the expected wait time to receive the PIN is approximately 30 minutes post-payment. However, in my case, it has been over 24 hours, and I still have not received the PIN. This delay is causing inconvenience, and I’m concerned there may have been an error in the process.

Could you kindly look into this matter and assist in resolving it at the earliest? I’d greatly appreciate any updates or steps needed from my end to expedite the resolution.

This is very upsetting to not receive the PIN and have to wait for more than 2 days after making the payment.
