A3 Authenticator Deactivation

Dear GM's,
I have reset my phone recently without deactivating A3 authenticator.
Now i'm unable to activate my account or login with password, Showing error ( account already linked ).
So, i have sent mail to a3support and ticket is raised for my issue ( ID:[ #390894]) , but till today my issure is not resolved
Could you please check and slove my issue asap.

I am yet to receive an automated response as well and its been over a few weeks that I have been facing this issue. Do I open a separate thread for this, do I continue to send email or what. Please assist.
