It has been more than 3 weeks without any maintenance. Isn't it your responsibility to atleast maintain the server once a week? We all know the problems that arise without proper maintenance and yet your team so careless.
If you want players to subscribe for the services then you must provide the service at first!!!!

This Friday server was offline 10-11 am.

It is always rolled over in the game that server maintenance happens on every Friday between 6 am to 9 am.
When it did not happen between that time, I would obviously think that it did not happen.
I think before I post. But, do you think why would someone post it?

Everyone knows server maintenance never happens on a regular time.
Looks like you logged in after a long time.
Having said this, I am on side of the regular weekly events, and regular server maintenance on time.
Just I am not with criticising based on incorrect information.

I can confirm that the server did shut down/maintenance 3 weeks in a row on Fridays.

Maintenance is carried our every Friday. We only make full server restarts if it's absolutely necessary. We selectively restart certain servers if needed, hence few people can get disconnected, few people can still play.
