Unable to Login Character and not getting mail replies.

I am Oldest player of a3 server.i quited this game server 6 years back as i got busy with my business and my family responsibilities.Due to lockdown situation in our country gave me chance to comeback in this game again and connect with friends.But on a sad note i am unable to login my character now and i have mailed but not getting any response from your team.Please kindly look into this matter.My issue ID #379782.
