Account password recovery not working

Hi,
I have sent a support request mail regarding not receiving mails from 'A3 india accounts' showing the new password after the verification of email is successful even after saying the account has been found and the password has been sent to your respective mail. I have been trying since long time but its the same issue, i have asked guidefury regarding this ingame she said post a ticket. Please kindly check the issue and resolve it for me as soon as possible.
