Hello GM storm,

I had mail 5 days ago, still not a single mail from you side.

You are just send it will take 48 hours , i think it is more than 96 hours and i haven't received a mail resolution .

My query is just to deactivate a3 authenticator from the id.

Request you to please check and do the needful.

Hello Gmstorm,

Kindly look into it, i can reset the password on my mail id.

However, due to authenticator activated i am unable to change the password.

Could you deactivate the same.
