Frustrating

GM's,

I paid money to play a3 India. My character got hacked (No idea how) and when I opened a ticket, the only response I get was alternate ID is not matching our record. When I responded back, there is no reply for the past 3 weeks. I am almost at the end of my 1 month pin and I couldn't play my character for 3 weeks, just because your support teams wouldn't respond to tickets.

Amazing!

I logged in today with my other character to ping Guides, no guides were online and no players were online. Excellent population in the server.

Characters won't get hacked magically. It's due to sharing credentials. Hack issues usually involve investigation and that is the reason why it usually takes longer to resolve them.

I don't know what do you mean by that. I and brother play this game and we don't hack our character ourselves.

Anyway, when your "Investigation" will get over and when will the character be released?
