renewing problem

i renew my account khurafati pin not revived 1st time and money deduct from my bank account i mail u about it but u didnt rly now its over 1 month i ask u jest give me 2month pin

i did still no action even i send mail about leon g9.5 spear and sword that took by gm
when You guys return our id there no item no g10 nad stuff all gone we mail alots no rply but still we hope that one day u will return us our item leon is the 1st cha who got g9.5 dex warrior and spear
