Password reset link email Not working

Hello GM's,

Since I forgot password to one of my Id, I tried resetting it through forgot password. However, I got the below message:

Your Account has been Found!
A Password Reset Mail with instructions has been mailed to your Alternate EMail ID: XXXXXXX
Please follow the Instructions in your Email for futher steps.
"

But the email hasn't come yet. It is almost a day

Please help fixing this issue.

Yes I got it. I requested password reset @ 1:00 PM afternoon and I got the email at 1:30 AM morning
