not got even one extra topaz or eutuxia

i did so many t1 quests and i am getting 792 lore , people say it is 30% relation but i have not even received any extra gifts from the merchant . after getting 792 lore for first time i did 200 quests more . could some one say why i have not gifted anything till now. and tell me for t1 haliasheen quest how much lore we will get @ 30% relation?
might be the merchant is out of stuffs to give.
