Gms see my suggestion for game improvement

Dear Gms,
now a days there is lots of post regarding hack,scam,pking to non-auras.
I having an idea
in my mind lets keep event on monthly basis its REPO event u can select 1 or 3 winners, conditions & rules of event are as follow:
1.keep repo points on every player. (dont include any previous background of player).
2.Make a separate poll or page for this event.
3.all player can post screen shots of pking non-auras, In-game abuse, sharing chars/items info(with prof), hack, scam this screen-es conformed by gm & ppl whom ever have in that screen-es got deducted points.(ppl also post screen-es like char helping other char its add plus point)/(gm n player can suggest points).
4.now its time to select reward to winner i think game wz is most of reasons for hack, scams activity so i suggest 100mil wz reward to top scorer.
5.update repo point on end of every day or week.
6.Winner announced by Gm @ end of month n rewarded by 100mils(gms can change reward but wz is best reward i think)
7.Repo point reset every month.(ppl & gms can suggest more points)
