For the new support team !!

The new support team and guides and GM's are working all good. Few points which I would like them to look upon :
1. It was posted on the site news section that server is down for updates. But you guys never notified that the server came back online. Even no update log has been posted.
2. I heard that the map ertakin and grandia were locked because there were a few bugs in the map. Please post about all this in the news section and keep us updated. I myself stay updated through the site.
There were many players who came to know that server is online 12 hrs after it actually went up. Abd atill there are players who think that the server ia down.
Please keep all these things in mind because even these things matter alot.
