We have checked the inventory and storage of the above character and found no unique spear in his inventory/storage. If he may have shared his character excessively there is a chance that somebody must have removed it and sold/destroyed it. I am afraid, we cannot get his spear back. Moreover, support team is looking after this issue so I would like to ask you people to hold your horses and let them do their work.
