Does anyone know which creep drops Surrovn?

Surrovn is a book that gives 10k xp once u left click on it ...
its very good for low lvlers....
does anyone know which creep drops this?

@Chenchulaxmi in our server that Is one of special gifts like MP/HP candy we get after killing 'SNOWMAN' On Christmas events

Is there any other gift item like that that has bigger xp? so 20k or 100k something like that?
