Dear sir,

Its been 3 months and still me geting no reply. last reply from support side was :
(Please note that we currently have an ongoing ticket for your issue. Please respond to that Ticket instead.)
does that mean some 1 else had posted another mail from other id for this issue? i already had said that i had spammed 2-3 tickets but those were from same alternates coz i dint knew tickets funda i just knew to reply back to support, i can only see 1 ticket ongoing that is 152184 both from sify mail as well as the altenate. if so the alternates and sify both are with me and the proofs i've already hav sent to the support team and if required i shall paste all here on forums if required. Support again asked me that do u have acess for sify. i already had spammed them. whats else is required cant just msg me the pass on any mail alternate or sify mail? again they asked me for details and again i had sent all the details required. now gm's the support team already has understood that the char belonged to me but them why are they delaying. i know iam being rude but its been more than 3 months i got reason for it, and if its taking time say us atleast when am i geting my char back. or if its geting hard to get my char i got 4-5 more character Kingomzy, Krratos, Evilwithin, Arrowers, And my cafe friends Xplosive Nvrbckdwn and more 4 new players (40-50's lvl chars) from cafe who all are still in hope of ellipse for their lvl ups. we cant pay rc and lvl up urselves, nor my friends are in position to giv contracts and get their lvl up's.
