Hi Game Master,
I have submitted issue and obtained Ticket long time ago. I recently heard from support team. In the response I was asked to provide some more information. Which I Did by sending some Excel sheet. In reply I got a message saying that the Support Team did not receive any document. So I Re-Sent the Excel sheet.
After this I have not heard from the Support Team. So, I was wondering if they received the document or they have not. If they did then I would be glad if they acknowledged the receipt of document. In any case I would be grateful If they provide status update on the issue.

Even after resending Excel Sheet, I was again told by support team that they did not get any Document. After that I Actually converted that Excel Sheet in Picture Format. I sent that file through the link provided to me. After performing above step I successfully submitted the information. It has been a week since this last reply from my side. I haven't heard back. Just replying to my own post as a reminder.

There are lots of tickets pending and we will definitely get back to you. in the meantime please bear with us. Let the tickets get resolved on first come first serve basis. We will try to resolve all issues asap so that we can go ahead with the updation of the game with new maps and quests.
