Yea what u say is true.....the gms of our indian server take ghantas to repair any bug or for any help....ou GMS must take immidiate action on every bug tht is there in a3......guide and gms pls reply to this post!!....

And before smartass mofos like bestpker start spouting economics, or that 'sg server is paid and u shud bend over so they can *censored* u here cos it's free'-remember that without any demonstration of willingness to help players with problems, this server will never be able to raise money on going paid!!
wtf-do they think they're doing a social service by running a server with poor tech support? The a3 gaming demographic is pretty affluent-judging the way ppl pay thousands of RUPEES to purchase an ingame character-and the fact that several ppl play WoW which costs 3k for the CD + 700 odd monthly.
If you have any dreams of making money from this venture, show ur commitment by proper help to players when needed.

how many ppl u think pay 7k for a caracter or how many play wow for 3k ?? may be not more than 10 % of total a3 india population which in turn is itself 1% of total a3 sg server players.

Agreed. But my point is, just because it's free doesn't mean we shud be content with crappy service. Otherwise they will never be able to attract paynig players.
