Account Banned after Server Upgrade

Dear GM,
My Ticket No. : 682970
I played my char on 24th Aug and when i tried to log in on 27th than it shows ur account has been banned contact support.
My acc is showing that it is banned after server upgradation
i dnt know any reason but w/o any info it is banned
So plz I request u to solve this issue and plz give my char back.
Its Mage 124 lvl.
I m also having Game Zone in Ahmebabad, Gujarat name "DgenerationX Gamer Spot". and here is many new players who played a3 india which i promote in my game zone.
Kindly give my char back with stuff and help me.
