Guide Please help me with my accounts

Dear GM,
Please help with my accounts. Following are the problems
(1) I am not able to login because I forgot all the passwords of my account
(2) Not able to recover the password because Any of the accounts does not contain associated email address.
(3) The reason because one day I deleted all the associated email addresses from all of my accounts.
Please guide help me in here
