Hi sir ,

Sir i have been mailing since a long time and i had like different ticket id's , if you would check my account the account verification was done in june 3rd. The day when this epic game started again and from that day i have been trying every possible way to get an answer , i got some replies but after getting 1-2 replies from them i am left again and again i start mailing them and again i get a different ticket number and i start from that again . I have spend hours mailing to support , got replies but dint continue on it for a long bcoz they would come up with a result for my character but after that i dint get any replies so please sir if u can help me in this matter , it would a great help .
THanks a lot in advance , I dont want to loose hope , i guess u are my last hope !

I am forbidden to discuss this issue in the Forum due to it's sensitive nature. Since this issue is related to bugged characters / items, the Support Team has to carry out investigations inorder to verify the legitimacy of the item.

Respected Gm-Storm , thanks for your kindness and the respect . I know my issue is sensitive and i know i made mistakes but it was a honest mistake. I was worried because i got no replies from them and i tried every single way possible . . But now atleast we have someone who is active and ready to help . . you are so special for this server , i can't even describe and thank you in words . I am really very gratefull to you and i am ready to wait as long as they wish . . all i needed was a ray of hope. Thanks for your concern and help . You are really the best of a3 right now ! and forever for me.
