I wanted to retrieve my old a3india account. I sent mail to [email protected] and got reply regarding my character information. I replied with all the required character details and its been more than a week i didn't get any reply. So i requet you to please look into the matter.

I finally got your reply from the support i'm disappointed with it. They are telling me the account details i have given is invalid. However all i told is all i know. It may also be because of i forgot the stuffs as i left the game long ago. I please request you to look into the matter again and please provide me with it.
