Old Cha recovery

Dear Gm i used to play in a3 india.. i tried to recover my old cha, but when i tried it says the cha is already recovered.. and there was no mail in my sifymail box with the password.. so plz do sm thing.. i want to play the game again.. atleast send me the new password to my mail again.. (btw i am frm chennai.. used to play in Sify game drom)

I alrdy Replyed 2-3 days ago. please get back my char with normal stats.
(All HP points is in MP, and unable to login, also alternative not working)
